Shipping
Jacaranda ships to most addresses within the United States and offers international shipping to select destinations. Please note that some products may be subject to restrictions depending on the destination, and certain items may not be eligible for international shipping.
We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $100, excluding oversized items such as surfboards and umbrellas. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, along with any applicable discounts. Discount codes cannot be applied to surfboard purchases.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard U.S. shipping typically takes about one week from the date of dispatch. We primarily ship via USPS, but may use other carriers depending on the order size and destination.
At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes outside of the United States.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Jacaranda is no longer responsible for the shipment. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Jacaranda is not liable for issues such as incorrect addresses, shipping delays, or packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after being handed over to the carrier. For any delivery-related concerns, please contact the courier service directly.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Jacaranda products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer refunds on all full-priced items when returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase, subject to a few exclusions.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
To submit a return, please email support@jacarandahemp.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Return instructions will be provided via email within 2 business days.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items for a refund or store credit.
- All returns must be sent to Jacaranda HQ in the United States for processing.
- Only online orders are eligible for return through our online store. Items purchased at any physical retail location must be returned directly to that store.
