1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $100, excluding oversized items such as surfboards and umbrellas.

  • Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.


3. International Shipping

  • We offer shipping to select international destinations.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Please note: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Carriers

  • We primarily use USPS for standard deliveries, though other carriers (e.g., UPS or FedEx) may be used depending on the destination or package size.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes outside the United States.

  • Some oversized or restricted items (like surfboards) may have additional shipping fees or limitations, which will be noted during checkout.


6. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be impacted by external factors (weather, carrier delays, customs processing, etc.).


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Jacaranda is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries. Please:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Contact the carrier directly for issues once the order is marked as “shipped.”
